Aunque el apartamento 1303 es céntrico y bonito, todas las chicas que entran a vivir en él acaban saltando al vacío desde sus ventanas. La última en suicidarse ha sido Sayaka y su hermana Mariko no logra comprender qué ha podido ocurrir. En su intento por encontrar una explicación se mudará al Apartamento 1303 y descubrirá que entre las paredes del apartamento hay mucho más horror del que se puede ver, incluido el fantasma de su hermana, que lucha por descansar en paz.

Although the aparment 1303 is nice and centric, all the girls who have lived there, jump from the window killing themselves. The last girl was Sayaza, but her sister Mariko can’t understand what happened. Trying to investigate the reason, she will move to aparment 1303, but she will discover in that place much more horror than anyone can resist, including her sister’s ghost, who is struggling to rest in peace.
